Satiss Terms and Conditions
Satiss reminds you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions before registering for or using Satiss. Please read these Terms carefully and decide whether to accept them.
Unless you accept all of the terms of this Agreement, you may not register for, access, or use the services covered by this Agreement. By registering for, accessing, or using Satiss, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Service Content
1.The specific content of the services provided by Satiss is based on the actual services and features available within the App. These services may include, but are not limited to, allowing authorized users to upload photos and provide information through their accounts. Satiss may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue certain services or features from time to time and may provide users with appropriate notice of material changes where required.
2.Satiss provides both free and paid services. Users may purchase paid services through the payment methods made available by Satiss. Before a paid service is used or purchased, Satiss will provide clear information regarding the applicable charges and payment terms. Paid services will become available after the user confirms the purchase and the applicable payment has been successfully processed. Payment completion is subject to confirmation from the applicable payment provider or third-party payment platform.
Usage Rules
1.Content transmitted, posted, or otherwise made available by users through Satiss reflects the user's own views and does not necessarily represent the views, positions, or policies of Satiss. Except as required by applicable law, Satiss is not responsible for user-generated content.
2.Users may not use their Satiss account or the services to engage in any of the following activities:
(1) Submit or publish false or misleading information, use another person's avatar, personal information, or identity without authorization, or impersonate another person;
(2) Force, induce, or improperly encourage other users to pay attention to, click on linked pages, or share information;
(3) Fabricate facts, conceal material information, or otherwise mislead or deceive others;
(4) Use technical means, automated tools, or other methods to create fake or unauthorized accounts in batches;
(5) Use a Satiss account or the services to engage in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations;
(6) Produce, publish, operate, or distribute methods or tools intended to facilitate the activities described above, whether or not such activities are conducted for commercial purposes;
(7) Engage in any other conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes upon the legitimate rights or interests of other users or third parties, interferes with the normal operation or security of Satiss, or is not expressly authorized by Satiss.
3.Users are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, validity, and appropriateness of the information and content they transmit, post, or otherwise provide through their Satiss account or the services.
Users are responsible for any legal liability arising from their own content or conduct. If a user's content or conduct causes loss or damage to Satiss or any third party, the user may be required to assume corresponding liability in accordance with applicable law.
Registration and Account
To register for Satiss, users may be required to provide information such as a username, age, gender, profile photo, and other optional information. You agree to provide accurate information and help us maintain the security of your account.
1. Satiss is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and above. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering for, accessing, or using Satiss under any circumstances, including with parental or guardian consent.
2. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise provide your Satiss account to another person without our prior written permission.
3. You may not provide false personal information or create an account for another person without authorization. You may create and maintain only an account that belongs to you.
4. If your account has been suspended, restricted, or disabled by Satiss, you may not create or use another account to circumvent the applicable restriction unless expressly authorized by Satiss.
5. Satiss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or disable an account when reasonably necessary, including where the account or its use violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the security or legitimate interests of Satiss or other users.
6. If you choose to register or log in using a third-party social networking service, such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Google, Satiss may receive information made available by that service, which may include your profile photo, username, gender, date of birth, age, or other information, depending on the permissions and information you authorize the third-party service to provide.
7. Due to legal, regulatory, security, payment, or other operational restrictions, Satiss may not provide its app services, payment services, wage-related services, or other applicable services in Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Myanmar, Yemen, Iraq, Somalia, and other countries or regions where such services may be restricted or unavailable.
The availability and timing of specific services in these countries or regions will be determined by Satiss based on applicable laws and regulations, security requirements, payment restrictions, and other relevant circumstances.
In-App Purchases
Satiss may offer additional products and services through in-app purchases. If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you may be required to provide or use account information associated with the mobile platform or payment service you use.
Your account will be charged according to the purchase terms presented to you at the time of purchase and the applicable terms of the relevant mobile platform or payment provider.
User Rights
Subject to applicable laws and regulations, you may exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information:
1. Access Your Personal Information
You may request access to your personal information that we process, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
2. Correct Your Personal Information
If you discover that the personal information we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that we correct or update it.
3. Delete Your Personal Information
You may request deletion of your personal information in circumstances permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including where:
(1) Our processing of your personal information violates applicable laws or regulations;
(2) We collect or use your personal information without obtaining required consent;
(3) Our processing of your personal information violates our agreement with you;
(4) You no longer use our products or services or have cancelled your account;
(5) We no longer provide the relevant products or services to you.
Where we are required or permitted to do so, we may also notify relevant entities that have received your personal information from us and request that they delete the applicable information, unless otherwise provided by law or the relevant entity has a lawful basis to retain it.
4. Cancel Your Account
You may request cancellation of your Satiss account at any time.
After your account is cancelled, we will stop providing applicable products or services to you and process your personal information in accordance with your request and our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable laws or regulations.
We may be unable to fulfill a request concerning personal information where permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations, including circumstances involving:
(1) Matters directly related to national security or national defense;
(2) Matters directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
(3) Criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or enforcement of judgments;
(4) Sufficient evidence that the request is made in bad faith or constitutes an abuse of rights;
(5) Responding to the request would cause serious harm to the legitimate rights or interests of the requester or other individuals or organizations;
(6) The request involves legally protected trade secrets.
Change, Interruption, or Termination of Services
1. Due to the nature of online services, Satiss may modify, suspend, interrupt, or terminate part or all of its services when reasonably necessary. Where required by applicable laws or regulations, Satiss will provide appropriate notice of material changes, interruptions, or termination.
2. Satiss may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate free or paid services where any of the following circumstances occurs, to the extent permitted by applicable law:
(1) The user is required by law to provide accurate information but has provided false, inaccurate, or materially inconsistent information and fails to provide reasonable verification when requested;
(2) The user violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms;
(3) The action is required or permitted by applicable laws, regulations, or competent authorities;
(4) The action is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, service integrity, or other legitimate operational purposes.
Dispute Resolution
Satiss and the user should first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from the use of Satiss or these Terms through friendly negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual Property Statement
1. Except for intellectual property rights in advertisements that belong to the relevant advertisers, the intellectual property rights in content provided by Satiss in connection with its services, including but not limited to webpages, text, images, audio, video, graphics, software, and other materials, belong to Satiss or the applicable rights holder, unless otherwise provided by law or the relevant rights have been lawfully obtained by users.
2. Unless otherwise stated, the copyrights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights in the software and technology used by Satiss to provide its services belong to Satiss or the applicable rights holder.
3. The copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights in Satiss's graphics, text, logos, product names, service names, and combinations thereof (collectively, the "Satiss Marks") belong to Satiss or the applicable rights holder. Without prior written permission, users may not use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Satiss Marks, except as permitted by applicable law.
4. The intellectual property rights owned by Satiss, its licensors, or relevant advertisers are protected by applicable laws. Users may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on such materials without the prior written permission of the applicable rights holder, except where permitted by applicable law.
